Sales Policy

 SALES POLICY
-NO rabbits will be rehomed/sold to anyone under the age of 18.
-NO rabbits will leave our care under the age of 8 weeks old, no exceptions.
-All rabbits listed for sale are available to anyone until deposit is received.
-All rabbits require a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit via Venmo @darlinglittlelops in order to be reserved.
-Once you send deposit, it is NOT refunded should the following happen:

• You send payment in error.
  
• You did not have approval/consent from all family members/roommates.
  
• You decided to go through a different breeder.
  
• You were unaware of our location and you are not able to arrange transportation.
  
• Transportation falls through.
  
• You have allergies to rabbits.
  
• You no longer want the rabbit or unable to afford the rabbit.
  
• Deposits are only refunded/transferred in the event something happens to the rabbit while in my care.
  

-Deposits cannot be transferred to a different rabbit.
-Rabbits must be paid in full at time of pick up in cash or via Venmo.
-If using a 3rd party transport service, rabbit must be paid in full 48 hours before departure. Darling Little Lops is not responsible for arranging transport and not responsible for any transactions that are exchanged between you and said transport. Darling Little Lops is not responsible if transport cancels or falls through.
-All rabbits go home with transition feed and birth certificate.
-Pedigrees are provided to approved homes only for an additional $25.
-All rabbits must be picked up within 10 days of ready date unless prior arrangements have been made.
-Darling Little Lops will not reschedule pick ups multiple times. Please stay in touch and be diligent with communication. If you continue to reschedule (3 plus times), you will forfeit the rabbit and your deposit with no exceptions.   
-We reserve the right to FIRST RIGHTS OF REFUSAL; all rabbits with the "Darling Little Lops/DLL" rabbitry name MUST be offered back to us at the purchase price prior to rehoming or selling. Failure to do so will result in blacklist.
-Pedigrees are NOT to be altered by any buyer (DLL, prior names, and ID #'s are NOT to be altered or removed).
-Darling Little Lops does not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final. It is the buyer's responsibility to check over the rabbit at pick up!
-Darling Little Lops is not to be held responsible for any vet bills, illness, or death after the rabbit leaves our care.
-Darling Little Lops does not guarantee gender on any rabbit, we do the best of our abilities to sex all rabbits correctly. If you suspect a gender mistake, please contact us and we will do our best to make things right.     
-Darling Little Lops cannot guarantee reproductive capability or positive show results. We cannot guarantee a rabbit to be free of any disqualifications on the show table.    
-Darling Little Lops would never knowingly sell or rehome a sick rabbit.
-Darling Little Lops holds the right to refusal and may cancel a sale at any point in time. Buyer will be granted a full refund in that case.
-Darling Little Lops is a CLOSED rabbitry. We do not allow visitors into our rabbitry at any time for health and stress purposes among our rabbits.
BY PLACING A DEPOSIT ON ANY RABBIT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHIN THIS CONTRACT!
